Did you know that from June 2007 all homes being sold will be subject to a local search which will detail if works on plumbing and heating systems have been approved by buildings control or correctly fitted by a Competent Persons-approved supervisor?

90% of plumbing and heating works require notification to your local building control officer under Building Regulations; only like-for-like replacement is acceptable without notification.

Finding a competent plumber is essential. Not only does it guarantee the work carried out will be notified to your local authority, but it also gives you the reassurance that the plumbing and heating engineer has been vetted annually and his or her work checked randomly by our Certification Officers.
